Data & AI Warsaw Tech Summit 2026
DATA & AI WARSAW TECH SUMMIT 2026 is a conference where knowledge turns into real-world delivery.
Data & AI Warsaw Tech Summit 2026 will take place on April 21–22, 2026 in Warsaw. It is one of the most important events for the data and AI community in Central and Eastern Europe. The conference focuses on what matters most to organizations today: how to design modern data architectures and deploy AI in a way that actually works in practice — without chaos, without costly experiments, and with clear business value.
The 12th edition of the summit will be held in a hybrid format and will bring together 600–700 practitioners, including engineers, architects, and technology leaders.
The agenda is designed around the real challenges faced by data & AI teams, such as scaling solutions, data quality and security, MLOps, observability, and the use of Generative AI in production environments.
The program covers 13 thematic areas, guiding attendees from engineering foundations and platforms, through models and systems, to governance and strategy.
What sets the conference apart is its strongly practical approach. Instead of theory, participants gain access to proven architectures, concrete design decisions, real-life case studies, and approaches that can be directly applied to their own projects. Expert discussions, interactive sessions, and networking are also a key part of the event, helping attendees leave with actionable insights, valuable connections, and ideas to improve their teams’ work.
❗New for 2026: Day 0 — an optional, paid workshop day delivered entirely in Polish, dedicated to practical LLM implementation in organizations. This is an opportunity for those who want to go deeper and understand how to plan LLM deployments responsibly, identify risks and limitations, and recognize when an LLM is simply not the right tool. The workshops are led by experts with hands-on implementation experience and focus on usability, security, and pragmatic architecture choices.
