1. "Is Azure Service Emulation Hard?" Kamil Mrzygłód, Technical Lead, Jit Team Working with Azure can be challenging, especially when you lack the capability to quickly verify your changes. While Microsoft provides emulators for some basic services, checking changes in IaC (Infrastructure as Code) or RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) is neither obvious nor simple. During this session, we will explore how to emulate key Azure functionalities and services, including authentication using Entra ID, authorization, Azure Resource Manager, Azure Key Vault, and many others. About the Speaker: Kamil Mrzygłód is a Tech Lead & Developer, as well as a trainer and consultant who has been involved with Microsoft technologies for years. In his daily work, he focuses on developing software based on the Azure cloud but does not shy away from topics related to infrastructure or broadly defined DevOps. He is the author of books on Microsoft Azure, a three-time Microsoft Azure MVP, and a weekend OSS contributor.

2. From Zero to a DevSecOps Hero: Extending Microsoft Sentinel Gareth Emslie, Senior Product Manager & Tech Evangelist, Dynatrace Learn how to impress your SecOps colleagues by building custom connectors, analytics rules, and playbooks; enhancing detection and remediation capabilities, and shortening the time required to detect and mitigate attacks. About the Speaker: Gareth is a Senior Product Manager & Tech Evangelist with a background in architecting and building cloud software & services. Currently working at Dynatrace, where he helps to shape cloud strategy.

3. Microsoft Ignite 2025 Re-cap Paweł Siwek, Principal Product Architect, Dynatrace The week of November 17th - 21st, the San Francisco Moscone Center becomes the heart of the Azure universe, packed not only with AI but plenty of interesting sessions on existing and just announced Azure services. During this 25 minutes, I'll try to give a subjective re-cap of the sessions I've joined and what the Expo and the Ignite venue looked like in reality.
