Abstract

Bridging the tech gap with Pega Blueprint

Technology should empower everyone—not just those who can code. In this session, we’ll explore how Pega Blueprint helps bridge the gap between business and technical teams, turning collaboration into innovation. Discover how visual design and no-code tools can level the playing field, amplify underrepresented voices, and make space for everyone at the table—regardless of their technical background.

Programming with LLMs

Guide to using AI effectively in a production development environment. We'll debunk popular myths about the limitations of AI, discuss the real weaknesses of LLMs, and show proven methods for mitigating them. How do you move from "vibe coding" to production setting? When to delegate to AI and when to code manually? A presentation for developers who want to become effective AI agent operators.

Lightning-Fast Problem Solving with Generative AI

We will introduce a "lightning methodology" for AI-powered problem-solving, where teams launch multiple cheap AI experiments ("leaders") in parallel, expecting most to fail but needing only one successful path to solve complex challenges. Using Netwrix's documentation migration as a case study—where AI-driven rapid prototyping delivered results at a fraction of traditional costs ($250K+ quotes). The session advocates for shifting from extensive upfront planning to rapid, lightweight experimentation in the generative AI era.
