From Mess To Momentum | Decoding the Human Problem

Why do so many promising startups struggle — even when their ideas and strategies seem solid? Often, the real challenges lie not in execution, but in people: unclear communication, misalignment, and lack of shared purpose.
“From Mess to Momentum” is a hands-on workshop designed for founders, innovators, and startup teams who want to better understand and manage the human dynamics behind success.
Led by Aleksander Gąssowski, self-awareness coach and former startup CEO, the session will combine real-world examples with interactive exercises to help participants identify hidden patterns, strengthen collaboration, and create clarity in their teams
.
During this 3-hour session, you’ll learn how to:
- Diagnose your startup’s current state from a human-first perspective,
- Use the Interaction System to understand how relationships drive outcomes,
- Apply the Universal Learning Cycle to help your team adapt and learn faster,
- Build stronger alignment, better decisions, and more meaningful results.
The workshop will be conducted in English and will take place at the Entrepreneurship Incubator in the Cluster of Socio-Economic Innovation Zabłocie 20.22 in Krakow.
