Imagine a big company with dozens of internal and external apps created by separated teams with unfortunately minor security awareness. Can we do something with this? Can we repair the mess that was created during past years? The presentation is about the journey that was taken to fix this situation. I present the steps we (App Sec team) have taken on different decision levels including the methods, the tools and also conclusions about what was working fine and what was not.
